Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a school, teacher, or student account with Exam-Elite, you agree to comply with our platform rules and guidelines for conducting online exams.

2. Acceptable Use of the CBT Platform

Institutions and teachers must ensure that all exams uploaded—including internal mocks or WAEC/JUPEB past questions—adhere to copyright laws. You are responsible for ensuring candidates use the platform ethically without exploiting anti-cheat mechanisms.

3. Account Management

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Institutions hold administrative control over their sub-accounts, including teacher and student portals.

4. Limitation of Liability

Exam-Elite provides an auto-grading software solution 'as is'. We are not responsible for grading disputes originating from flawed question setups or external network failures during testing.
